Build a house on land 12 m x 18 m

This time I want to explain the construction of houses on land measuring approximately 12 m x 18 m. Who want to build houses have the following specifications:
  1. Room master bedroom and bathroom.
  2. Two of the child's bedroom.
  3. Rather large open kitchen, dining room and bar for breakfast.
  4. Family room.
  5. A wide front porch. Since you may not receive too many guests, and guests usually sit together in the living room.
  6. Sleeping room attendants, bathroom attendants and laundry room.
  7. The park is visible from across the room.
  8. Carport for one car.
  9. Home to make it look great include office space and some areas of the wall to display family photographs.
For that you should make the building of two floors, so you still have a garden around the building. I take GSB 4.5 m. For GSB, you can adjust the existing rules. As for the division of space, first floor for activities that are public, while the second floor is used for activities that are personal.

First Floor:
  1. Entering the land through carport flanked by gardens on either side.
  2. Terrace size of 2 m x 3.5 m which protected the roof, can be used to sit back with a view of trees in the park.
  3. Foyer or reception is a substitute for the living room. In this space you can put furniture such as tables with knick-knacks or photo collection.
  4. Next is the dining room adjacent to the kitchen measuring 3.5mx 3.5 m. This kitchen also has a bar overlooking the dining room.
  5. Next to the kitchen there is a sitting room for receiving guests. There is a small work area that separates the living room and family room. Both of these rooms have a view towards the garden side and rear. In the absence of bulkhead with dining room, automatically from the dining room can also look toward the garden.
  6. The stairs to the second floor at the front, adjacent to the family room.
  7. Toilets are in the front, adjacent to the bathroom attendants, and laundry room which can be accessed from the opposite direction.
Second floor:
  1. Child's bedroom is on the right side, one was in front with a window opening towards the balcony, and another is at the rear with a window opening towards the rear garden.
  2. Child's bedroom and master bedroom are separated by a corridor, can be used for displaying family photos.
  3. The corridor is also used to enter the light and air with openings at both ends.
  4. The master bedroom above the living room with openings to the side garden. Bathroom, master bedroom and bathroom for the children side by side for easy installation.
  5. Balcony is a recipient of the roof terrace, accessible from the door in front of the stairs.
  6. Maid's bedroom is at the front with a separate staircase access.
To give the impression of a big house I gave the field tends to smooth.
