Dwamitra Headquarter (DMHQ) is physically not at all like the Headquarter is identical to the facade and firm character. The building that houses the office of the company's real estate developer PT. This magnificent standing Dwamitra Senopati area, South Jakarta, Indonesia. Facade that offers two different shades of the iconic, a unique distinction among the surrounding buildings. Strange Flow Space
Unique solid facade to 'concierge' elegant in a building owned by PT. Dwamitra. Offers two view in looking ahead, with the wall cladding 'fish mouth' made from cement board, and the dominance of the modern glass walls. The columns of the ceiling decoration of the main building seems sturdy refute the bottom serves as a parking lot. Welcomed a large door with solid wood handles on the main entrance, giving the impression of a natural ethnic in this building. The dominance of natural colors such as White and Chocolate as well as a combination of modern materials and naturally present in the waiting room.
The building works of the architects Aboday is indeed unique. They designed the room after room carefully and eccentric. Call it a deliberately down the hallway in the foyer which is connected with mosque and administrative space. The composition space is not at all unusual. Like many offices in Jakarta, DMHQ was a building which functioned as an office. There is a workspace, meeting room, lobby and other public facilities. The difference is the location of each space in the building who spent only one year for design and construction is composed of random but still modern. Workspace located in the middle of the building created a separate spring to the main building. A circle and connected by bridges to climb into the main building.
The main building consists of two "cubes" were associated with a unique staircase into the gallery space of the company. The first cube functioned as a meeting room clients with large glass openings and White color dominance. Purposely built like that so close to large trees outside.
